Mission & Vision
Mission
Allsum supports agrifood companies with a professional approach to their technical projects. Together with the client, Allsum seeks the essence based on conscious values.
Vision
The complexity of the agri-food sector is increasing rapidly. Globally connected markets, stricter customer demands, more advanced and complex technologies from specialized suppliers, labor shortages, environmental regulations, and increasingly significant financial stakes all require investment projects to be chosen and executed with great care.
While architectural or construction project firms are often hired for the construction or renovation of buildings, processing and packaging technology projects are typically managed in-house and in cooperation with machinery suppliers, relying heavily on trust and internal expertise.
However, the growing complexity is introducing more and more risks—technical, financial, and legal.
Companies making these investments don’t do so on a daily basis, which means that certain aspects may be underestimated or overlooked.
Additionally, due to increasing specialization, it is becoming less and less likely that the machinery supplier with the closest relationship or the most critical key product will also be able to deliver the best overall solution.
In this complex web of interests, required knowledge, and skills, there is a need for an independent firm that thinks and acts solely in the best interest of the investor. This is exactly what Allsum does.
Allsum is an independent engineering and consultancy firm focused on mechanization and automation projects in the international agrifood industry. In close collaboration with the client, Allsum uses clearly defined values to determine what is essential, what needs to be achieved, and what is required to get there—balancing the big picture with critical details, content with process.
The people at Allsum support clients at every desired level, drawing on their broad experience and extensive technical and sector-specific knowledge. Solving problems and building systems is in their DNA. They combine this with a methodical approach and open communication to deliver thoughtful, optimized solutions.
