- Yes, you can see our service as an extension of your own drawing office. Drawing templates, BOM lists, and revision tables must be exchanged. You save these in your own profile on the portal along with the standards, regulations, norms, or custom layouts you use.

- If there is sufficient demand, we can discuss incorporating a new software package. This involves additional costs and time.
- Once you become a client, you can submit your own quote requests via the portal. You will receive an offer as soon as possible, which you can accept to start the job. A chat function is available for each job between the drafter and the client. We monitor the process for every job; you can always contact us directly with questions, and we will step in or adjust if we feel it is practical or necessary. Communication with the drafter is in English. If this is an issue, we can offer appropriate assistance upon consultation.
- In principle, all jobs are billed per hour. An indication is provided in the quote beforehand. If desired or necessary, service hours can be added by Allsum. This can be for getting started, solving complex issues, developing formats, and achieving the right coordination with the executing drafters.
